On Sunday 10th September we were honoured to be asked to cater for Craig’s event at his stunning house in Burton on the Wolds. This beautiful venue allowed us to have our traditional hog roast set up in his beautiful gardens, even with the rain everything still looked perfect. The Hog roast in Burton on the Wolds was roasting effortlessly, along with the sausages and burgers which looked delicious as they cooked slowly next to the hog. Each of these were accompanied by our tomato and mozzarella salad, our 
fresh crisp spring green leaf salad and homemade coleslaw served with herby dressed new potatoes. There were many compliments of how the hog looked it was the centre of many peoples conversations and it was even said that it was the best hog they had tasted. Craig, the event organiser commented on how professional the staff looked and nothing too little was a problem for them.
