Believe it or not Christmas really is just around the corner! Here at Hog Roast Derby we are here to help you in your planning to tick at least one thing off the ever-growing to-do list, the Christmas catering.
Our expert Hog Roast Derby catering team are able to provide you and your family or even your colleagues a Christmas dinner to remember. We can cook the full traditional roast with a turkey, goose fat roasted potatoes, lots of seasonal vegetables and of course our delicious homemade cranberry sauce. However, if you are looking for something a little different we can provide that too – just ask! We are able to cook a variety of festive meats such as pork, lamb, beef and can even spit roast whole chickens.
 If you have any guests with dietary requirements that is of no issue! Simply get in touch with your assigned Hog Roast Derby chef and they will be able to conjure up some alternatives in time. We have an extensive vegetarian and vegan menus, so we are certain there will be something to please everyone this Christmas!
Last weekend Susan called to book in for her families boxing day meal. As some of the family had young children they liked to get the family together on boxing day so that the kids had time to enjoy their presents and experience the magic of Santa Claus at their own house. So Susan gave us the brief that she wanted the complete Christmas experience. That’s our slow roasted turkey, stuffing, fluffy roasties and vegetables plus she ordered some deserts such as a Christmas pudding and chocolate gateaux to keep everyone pleased.
With everything organised all that was left for Susan to do is wait for the big day – Hog Roast Derby will be taking care of everything else!
