We thought we would be quiet after the Christmas period how wrong were we! Having just put the Christmas decorations away and the phone was ringing. This is our third weekend this year that we are out and about and we are now officially sick and tired of the snow! We wanted the snow over the Christmas period as at hog roast catering we thought it would just be the icing on the cake to top our parties but it came a little to late.
This weekend we are off across to the other side of the Country for a fiftieth birthday we are catering for two hundred and we are all really looking forward to it! Our staff uniforms have never been out of the dry cleaners and I need to remember to buy more spares for the year ahead. We have just been very lucky and secured a contract with a large meat supplier that we have used before and we thought the meat was first class he will now be supplying us with all our future orders and he is offering us a good discount which we are really pleased about.
We are setting off extra early this weekend as we have heard the weather could be bad, we have had our vans in just last week for their winter check and some needing new tyres we are all prepared and ready to go! Hog roast hire are now going into their third successful year and each year proving more popular than the last We never imagined we would still be here as it was by accident we began we only intended on hosting a birthday party for a friend and came away with two orders and that was it.
