Another event on Bonfire Night, this one was an intimate event for 16 guests who were celebrating a 50th birthday party with close friends. The guests weren’t aware that their host had organised a hog roast in Lount so it was a lovely surprise!
We arrived on site at the venue which was a private residence on the 
Staunton Harold Estate and welcomed the guests with our traditional range of canapes. These bite size treats are the perfect way to start the evening and worked perfectly with an arrival drink. The guests had a marquee to take cover in, with great music and a lovely cosy atmosphere, we then started to serve the hog roast which had been cooked at our unit for 9 hours during the day. The hog roast in Lount was accompanied by a range of salads and potatoes to compliment the meat and we received a number of positive comments throughout the evening. We finished service by offering our sharing dessert platters of Profiteroles with
Salted Caramel Sauce, Strawberries, Chocolate Brownies and Strawberries & Cream, the perfect way to end the feast! The evening ended with a fantastic firework display which really did go down well. Our staff had a really pleasant evening, with fantastic hosts, lovely guests and lots of great comments!
