The night kicked off with a bang as the school orchestra serenaded the audience with melodies that set the perfect tone for a fantastic night to come. Cheers erupted as the head teacher took to the stage, applauding the hard work and dedication of the award winners. The atmosphere soared higher with each heartfelt note from the school choir, who left everyone spellbound with their harmonious performance. Then came the inspiring speeches from the head boy and head girl, sharing anecdotes and wisdom that resonated deeply with their peers. The evening reached its crescendo with a final musical performance that had everyone tapping their feet and humming along. Spirits were high as guests made their way to the dining hall, where Hog Roast Kelstedge awaited them with a feast fit for champions.
Our team, led by catering manager, Martin, flawlessly executed the Southern Slow Roast Menu. Featuring BBQ pork butt, Texan 24-hour beef brisket, and Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens that were slow-cooked to juicy perfection, this sensational spread had every meat-lover drooling. For our vegan friends, we crafted irresistible pulled jackfruit rolls paired with plant-based ‘slaw that earned rave reviews.
To complement these star dishes, we served up sides that were just as scrumptious. Imagine diving into Greek salad bursting with freshness, creamy mac and cheese that warmed the soul, and buttery corn cobbettes that added a sweet crunch to every bite!
