This past Easter weekend was not just about chocolate eggs and Easter bunnies for one lucky couple and their friends and family. Instead, this Easter weekend was about celebrating their own lives, now to be joined together forever in loving matrimony as Laura and Mathew made the ultimate life vows at the incredible Renew Church in Uttoxeter.
Attending their lovely wedding, 150 of their best friends, family, colleagues, and the wedding catering team at Hog Roast Uttoxeter. A perfect way to be spending our own Easter Saturday, the Hog Roast Uttoxeter team were delighted to be in attendance at what was a wonderful ceremony and celebration. Such an occasion deserves the utmost in stylish catered dining, so it is well fortunate that Laura and Mathew chose to come to us! With our specialist wedding dining services, the day was well marked with some of the most exceptional foods and service in the business!
To begin the celebrations we welcomed guests in with our exceptional al fresco dining menu. This is one for capturing both the eye and the taste buds. With the finest Italian meats, cheeses, artisanal breads, oils, and colourful salad leaves at our disposal, the Hog Roast Uttoxeter set up a vibrant and beautiful grazing table for guests to help themselves to. Of course, as is often the case with our grazing table, the arrangement is so beautiful and Instagram worthy that it almost feels a shame to spoil it by loading up your plate. The reward in taste is just as good as the look, however, which guests quickly found the second they were finished with the photos!
But that was just a teaser to the main event. When it is Hog Roast Uttoxeter for your wedding, it has to be our world renowned hog roast. Cooked authentically in the spit style and served with fresh sage and onion stuffing, golden crackling, and refreshing apple sauce, it’s the perfect wedding dish. This was the main event of our buffet which further included a tomato and mozzarella salad, seasonal leaves, gourmet slaw, roasted new potatoes, vegan pulled jackfruit, and grilled veg and halloumi skewers.
