In other cases, we’ll work with third parties to put together the dining, like a wedding planner, the venue if we are an external contractor for them, or, as was the case this past week, we’ll work with the mother of the groom to put everything together just right.
Yes, thanks to Andrea, this past weekend the Hog Roast Brown Edge team came out to the Village Hall to cater for her son’s wedding. With Andrea’s help, we put together an excellent dining experience that was suited to the comforting summer vibes of the day. We had our catering tent set up with a selection of meats, from our pulled pork made from our signature hog roast to gourmet sausages and even a BBQ pulled jackfruit as a delicious vegan alternative. Throw in some regular and sweet potato fries, coleslaw, mixed leaves, and tomato and mozzarella salad, and it was quickly a wedding feast that was just as easy to put together as it was delicious for all.
