For Sarah’s 50th birthday recently, we provided a hog roast for 100 guests at the Brookfield Freehouse pub in Barrow upon Trent, and it was a great success despite the wet weather.

For Sarah’s special birthday, Hog Roast Chaddesden roasted a hog for several hours so that the guests could enjoy fresh pulled pork rolls and wraps, as well as corn on the cob and coleslaw. Our pigs in buns are famous all over the country, as we use high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients and you can taste the difference – plus the aromas that fill the surroundings are second to none and will have your guests licking their lips in anticipation, without a doubt. Once the hog had rested at Sarah’s party, some of the children were fascinated, watching us lift the pig from the machine and then begin to carve.
 At the venue, there was all sorts of fun stuff going on, including a photo booth, bouncy castle and even a disco. The rain didn’t stop the guests from enjoying any of it, or from enjoying our food, as they returned for seconds as they could shelter from the rain under our gazebo! While the weather wasn’t on our side on this day, it didn’t matter at all, as Sarah and her guests had a wonderful time.
