At Hog Roast Newcastle-under-Lyme we are proud to support our corporate clients. Away from the hustle and bustle of the weekend celebrations and wedding parties, the majority of our work comes with local and global business clients. We provide many different catering services to these clients to ensure they have the tools to succeed in their industry. Something as simple as a monthly or bi-weekly catered lunch could vastly improve staff morale and work satisfaction, and thus in turn vastly improve work output across the board.
We are also available for annual parties and client meetings, which is what we were doing this past week with EMS Industries here in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The fantastic team at EMS were marking their half year meeting with an extra special celebration and catered lunch. Knowing our reputation having called upon our services before, the management team came to Hog Roast Newcastle-under-Lyme and requested our five star gourmet barbecue treatment.
The barbecue was a perfect choice for a half year meeting. It just fell within the summer season while the weather is still somewhat warm, so the summer vibes of a barbecue were right on cue. Head chef Martin and the Hog Roast Newcastle-under-Lyme serving staff were able to get easily set up at the offices in Parkhouse Industrial Park in the morning, where we then prepped our gourmet burgers, butcher’s sausages, and Thai spiced chicken kebabs. With everything prepped and ready to go, it was only a matter of throwing everything on our well-sized grill shortly before 12 so that the EMS staff would be greeted by a sizzling BBQ lunch hot and ready to go. One by one all 40 staff members came by Martin’s grill to grab their roll before then being helped with sides of creamy slaw, Greek salad, and a mixed medley of regular and sweet potato fries.
After the half year meeting, this lunch was a great way to kick back for the EMS team. We hope they enjoyed it even half as much as we did, because we had a truly excellent time cooking and serving for them. Our thanks to all involved for choosing Hog Roast Newcastle-under-Lyme’s corporate catering!
