We recently had the pleasure of catering for the team at Volvo who were holding a launch event at their premises in hog roast Bardon. The management team wanted to showcase their HGV trucks to some of their key clients, also exhibiting the ‘insides’ of the trucks and showing how the electrics work for example. It was really interesting for our team to also hear the details, especially as the cabs are made in Lapland and the rest of the trucks predominantly in Sweden.
The clients were treated to a delicious hog roast Bardon, complimented with a sage and onion stuffing, apple sauce and of course, crispy crackling! It was a particularly cold afternoon as the change in seasons has definitely become more apparent now, but we kept the guests topped up with piping hot tea and coffee!
We received some lovely comments from the guests regarding the food, which is always pleasing to hear. The majority of the guests enjoyed seconds and we left some of the pork for the workers to enjoy after their shift also.
