Hog Roast Buxton’s latest client was Alisha, who wanted our help in making her 30th birthday party a memorable experience for all involved!
Rising to the challenge, our catering manager, Martin, helped the client to come up with an entirely bespoke menu plan, which fit her needs to a tee. Not only did Hog Roast Buxton make sure that there was plenty on the menu for the meat lovers to sink their teeth into, but we also made certain that the vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests had a choice of tasty dishes to pick from – not to mention a tempting range of side options befitting every set of taste buds!
To give the menu some extra oomph, Martin had also suggested serving charcuterie boards to each of the tables, which consisted of Italian deli meats, rich cheeses, artisan bread, olives, sun dried tomatoes and a variety of dressings. These were complemented by glasses of champagne and fresh orange juice as well as a platter of handmade canapes consisting of mini quiche, pizza, smoked Scottish salmon, chicken satay skewers and chicken liver parfait.
We’re happy to announce that this magnificent feast went down swimmingly with the guests, who very much appreciated Hog Roast Buxton’s focus on inclusivity and attention to detail, which made the meal an enjoyable experience for everyone. The birthday girl was particularly impressed with the value for money and the level of support she received from our dedicated catering team, who went above and beyond to make sure that she had an incredible birthday!
Once the main meal had been polished off, Hog Roast Buxton discreetly cleared away the leftovers and set straight to work on dishing up the desserts, which provided the guests with a choice of our handmade tarte au citron or profiteroles with tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
The guests couldn’t have asked for a better end to such a fantastic evening, and Alisha was especially pleased with how smoothly everything went on the night. She has since reached out to thank our team, and Martin, in particular, for helping her to achieve the birthday celebration she had always dreamed of!
