When Chris and Andy started their business a decade ago, it was just the 2 of them in a lonely porta cabin, and now 10 years later they have a thriving enterprise in a plush office with a 60-strong workforce. To celebrate their success, the two MD’s decided they wanted to do something special for their staff. Although they wanted an informal buffet-style set up, bog standard, pre-bought party platters were definitely not on the agenda. Having heard about us from a fellow-business owner, Chris and Andy were very taken with our innovative and exciting range of buffet options. They were also extremely impressed with our other unique selling point that sets Hog Roast Rowfields apart from our competitors: every single element of the food we provide is freshly prepared from scratch on-site.
Eager to see us in action, Chris and Andy were there to greet the Hog Roast Rowfields team when we arrived at the venue and they watched in fascination whilst our dexterous catering assistants deftly prepared the canapes and salads that had been chosen to accompany the locally-sourced hog roast. They were equally enchanted by our highly professional chef and the way he expertly handled the pork, displaying his extensive experience in the hog roast method of cooking (not that he was showing off because he had an audience of course!).
By the time Chris and Andy’s employees started to arrive, the proud bosses were completely converted to the ways of the hog roast and were waxing lyrical to their delighted staff about the love and care that had gone into the preparation of the delicious spread we had laid out for them. All in a day’s work for Hog Roast Rowfields! We think Chris and Andy were just as enamoured with our cooking methods and ethos as they were with the food we produced. SO much so, that they want to hire us again to entertain their clients later on in the year! They both agreed, it was a very fitting feast to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their business and we wish them many more decades of prosperity and success.
