This week the Hog Roast Stafford team has the absolute privilege of joining Bonnie and Oliver for the special wedding day, held under perfect sunny conditions out at the Chartley Village Hall.
Bonnie and Oliver came to the Hog Roast Stafford team some months back looking for something a little different for their wedding dining. They wanted a buffet, but with it being the summer they figured that it might do to have a menu that fit to the season. Head chef Martin had just the answer for them: Hog Roast Stafford’s unique and brilliant gourmet barbecue range.
Few things saw summer like a good barbecue – and ours is the very best! You’ve got all your classic favourites included, only made in our own staple gourmet style with some more unique additions to really make it a Hog Roast Stafford dining menu. Oliver and Bonnie were quick to agree with Martin, with plenty excitement for the possibilities offered by our gourmet barbecue range.
Of course, as with any outdoor dining experience – barbecues included – there is always going to be a bit of praying that the weather holds out. As we’ve been having a few heatwaves across England in the past month, it looked safe that conditions would at least be dry. That gave us plenty confidence that our barbecue would remain the perfect menu choice for the wedding, and look how right we were! A glorious sunny day with plenty of warmth to bask in – the perfect conditions, then, to enjoy our unique barbecue selection.
The wedding party had plenty choice at our serving table. Martin had grilled up plenty gourmet burgers, sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, and well marinated BBQ spare ribs – one of our more unique additions that you won’t typically see on your standard barbecue. Fried onions, cheese, veggie sausages and burgers were also up for grabs, along with side accompaniments of pasta salad, seasonal leafy greens, and a mix of regular and sweet potato fries.
