Last week the Hog Roast Stoke-on-Trent corporate catering team had the pleasure of welcoming in a new client to our dining services – and based off the glowing feedback we received this week, it is one we’ll no doubt be seeing again in the not too distant future.
This was a corporate dining event with SecureCloud+. The name will no doubt be recognisable to many of your reading. SecureCloud+ are one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. Their work in the defence sector has redefined what digital safety looks like for governments and private business. We at Hog Roast Stoke-on-Trent are delighted to have added this massive corporate name to our portfolio.
Of course, to be able to do that we knew we had to make a big first impression. This was a summer conference for the SecureCloud team, so we knew going in to expect big numbers and a dining experience that was to facilitate the day, rather than take it over. There was going to be work ongoing, so you don’t guests bogged down with a large sit-down set course meal, but rather something that’s easy to grab and go. For this reason we settled on our gourmet barbecue range. Always a crowd pleaser be it for private events, weddings, or indeed corporate settings, our gourmet barbecue range delivers a tonne of comforting and exciting flavours. For the SecureCloud team, our head chef Martin grilled up gourmet handmade beef burgers, butcher’s quality sausages, and Thai spiced chicken kebabs. For a veggie variant, vegetarian burgers and our grilled veg and halloumi skewers with tzatziki dip and sweet chilli sauce. Rounding out this perfect menu, Greek salad and gourmet coleslaw.
After an event we always get in touch with the customer to see if they have any feedback for us. We were delighted to receive a glowing review back, with the SecureCloud team putting in a special mention for the helpfulness and professionalism of the Hog Roast Stoke-on-Trent staff. Guests loved our food and the variety available to them. And the final thing they said: “We would 100% recommend the team and if we’re planning a similar event, they’ll be the first”.
If that’s not a brilliant new corporate client in our books then what is?
