The autumn has been great for our corporate catering services at Hog Roast Stone. Coming out of the summer a lot of workplaces settle back into the regular office routine after a season of holiday breaks and depleted teams. For us that means an influx in corporate catering requests, just as our wedding dining begins to die down from the summer season. It’s great because it keeps our team ticking over until the busy festive season, where no doubt we will again be returning to many of these same work teams to provide quality Christmas dining for their staff parties and work nights out.
Teams, perhaps, like G.Mondini who Hog Roast Stone had the pleasure of catering a special lunch function for just last week. This was a really great one to be a part of. G.Mondini are a newer client of ours, but one which we will be hoping to see a lot more of in the future, as we believe this first time out was a massive success. G.Mondini provides tray sealing solutions across multiple industries. No doubt you will have encountered their work at some point without even knowing it. There work spans the food market, so no doubt we at Hog Roast Stone have also encountered their work before too.
But this was a day for them to enjoy our work instead, as the Hog Roast Stone team provided a very special hog roast lunch for 25 employees. A smaller one, but no less brilliant as we get plenty of face to face time with the wonderful staff of G.Mondini. Our guests were delighted to chat about our foods, marvel at our whole hog roast, and ask many questions about the process which our chef Martin was only all too happy to answer. Having this kind of time with a new corporate client, we believe, is valuable in developing that working relationship, one which we believe could be long lasting. And after seeing how they enjoyed our roasts, our fresh crackling, stuffing, sides, salad, and roast potatoes, we are certainly confident that this will be a relationship that does continue only all too soon!
