This weekend we catered for a large corporate company event just outside of Lincoln. Siemans own the Lindam Park Hotel and host a number of events there for both their staff and their clients. This event was to celebrate a team success and we were called to provide the lunch! Our team set off early that morning to ensure we arrived in sufficient time to allow a smooth set up. With the hog roast Lincoln pig nicely roasting away from 0500 that morning with the other 4 hog roast machines we had going on Saturday, it was loaded in the van to finish its last hour on site. Our team arrived at the hotel to be directed around the back of the venue, to reveal a fantastic garden space. We set up our table with the equipment and condiments, and then unloaded the hog roast Lincoln to set it in the position for the last of the cooking. Once the guests were ready for lunch, our team started to carve and serve the pork directly from the machine, meaning the meat is as fresh as it possibly could be. 75 guests in total and most enjoyed 2 baps which was great to see!
After a swift hour of service, our team packed up again to get back onto the road, heading over to an evening BBQ. We received a number of positive comments over the lunch period and we have today received our feedback form from the client, advising how happy he was with the event. Another successful weekend for us!
