Perfect hog roast pork white and juicy and melting in the mouth, crispy crunchy delicious crackling with apple sauce, moist chicken that just falls apart and melts with sage and onion hot stuffing and plump lamb with mint sauce that was the menu on Saturday for a very wedding we arranged in Crich, yummy! Hog roast Crich catered for a large wedding five hundred and fifty and asked to make a thee course luncheon for starters we made smoked salmon on a bed of salad with crab sauce and also offered spring vegetable soup with crispy croutons for main to accompany the meats we made garlic butter baby new potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans and peas we also made beautiful hog roast pork, chicken and lamb gravy. For dessert we chopped apple, orange, pineapple, pear for our delicious fruit cocktail made a lovely mango sauce and served with a big dollop of fresh cream the tables were laid in white and gold linen and the finest bone china placed perfectly we used our latest hog roast machine which has state of the art performance and seemed to cook the food quicker.
The bride looked breath taking in her cream off the shoulder number and the groom looked dashing in his kilt, if he was asked once what he was wearing under his kilt he must have been asked a thousand times and we still don’t know what he was wearing! The mother of the groom came over to thank us and said that everyone loved the food and she has now booked us for her husbands surprise 60th in June as her husband particularly enjoyed the food. Now we must just mention the hog roast pig, our pig was the star of the show and he nearly out shone the bride! We had lots of people come around to have a closer look and the guests were in ore of the pig and who can blame them it really is a sight to see.
