New Year’s Eve brought us a further event to end our fantastic season, this event was held in Breadsall at a private residence. The client hosted the event on behalf of their business and invited colleagues, friends and family, with the guest list totaling around 200.
We offered a whole Hog roast in Breadsall which had been roasted for around 9 hours, producing the crisp crackling to compliment the meat which fell off the bone ready for the baps! In addition, we offered an alternative of Roast Chickens for those who fancied something different and we also had a range of salads including Tomato and Mozzarella Salad, Spring Green Leaf Salad, Home Made Gourmet Coleslaw and Herb Dressed New Potatoes, along with a Spanish Catalan Quiche for the vegetarians.
The guests had a fantastic evening with a hog roast in Breadsall, with the party in full swing – with drinks flowing before we served the food from 2100, there was even a Rodeo Bull for them to ride! We completed service within 1.5 hours and our team then packed up and left the guests to enjoy the rest of their night and welcome in the New Year.
