Saturday saw us cater for the wedding of Rosie and Tristan in Gaddesby in Leicester. The set up was perfect, with a stunning marquee, which was decorated beautifully and provided the perfect back drop for the food. To start with, the guests were treated to bespoke canapes including Stilton Choux buns , Fish chips and mushy peas with tartar sauce and Smoked mackerel rillette topped bruschetta to name a few. For the main course, the guests enjoyed the choice of succulent lamb or the tender hog roast Gaddesby. Both were on display for guests to watch the chef carve live for them. The main course was served with a selection of bright salads including deluxe coleslaw, Chicory, Pear, & Walnut Salad, Camargue Red Rice Salad with Feta Cheese and Orange and Date Couscous salad. Alongside rustic bread, hot buttered new potatoes and a variety of condiments. The wedding breakfast provided the perfect meal for a summer’s day. Lunch was finished off with cheese and desserts and plenty of wine. A Fabulous hog roast event in Gaddesby – We wish Rosie and Tristan our congratulations and loved being a part of their big day.
