A hog roast in Whatstandwell to celebrate Sam’s 18th Birthday and what a great night at The Black Swan Public House. A menu 1 was booked for 60 people for an 8pm serve and we arrived in plenty of time to get everything set up. Feedback already received from the client commenting on the professionalism of the team and how wonderful the hog roast pork tasted. Fab! Guests enjoyed a succulent hog roast in Whatstandwell with crispy crackling, stuffing and apple sauce. The family were a pleasure to cater for and a wonderful evening was had by all.
