If you’re organising your wedding day, you already know that a key component of the reception itself is the food you want to be served to your guests, which needs to be fresh, tasty and provided by people who care about what they do to a very high standard. When Hog Roast Eyam takes the reins, you get all this and so much more, whether or not you choose to have a simple hog roast main and nothing else or a formal menu including welcome canapés, starters, mains, sides and desserts.
Regardless of your particular menu, our customers and your guests are all treated the same, and as we’re highly experienced in catering both casual and posh affairs, we can fully understand what you’re after and where you’re coming from, whatever your plan. You may fancy a wedding breakfast first of all, with bacon and sausage butties, and then a reception meal later of a Hog Roast Eyam hog or spit roast with a couple of sides, followed by servings of your wedding cake. No matter how many courses you’d like, we’ve got you covered.
We can leave it up to you to plan your own menu but we’ll certainly help you with it if you need, particularly if you need options for special diets. With delicious options available for vegans and vegetarians, like barbecued pulled jackfruit and slaw and halloumi and vegetable skewers with Tzatziki, as well as dishes for those with food intolerances or allergies, like gluten-free pigs in buns, everyone you invite will get to enjoy scrumptious food and not just the majority of guests.
You may well prefer one of our standalone menus to be served on the day, like our amazing Southern Slow Roast, where you feast on a trio of marinated meats (chosen from minted lamb, pork butt, spicy chickens, sticky pork ribs and beef brisket), as well as four side dishes, like mac and cheese, potato salad, a mixture of fries and corn cobettes.
