Last week we had the pleasure of a return visit to one of the Volvo offices in Bardon Hill. The event was to celebrate a showcase day wherein Volvo introduced their new range of trucks to potential clients, allowing the opportunity to see them, ask questions and of course take a test drive!
We arrived on site around 15:00 in preparation for the guests arrival an hour later. We set up our gazebo, tables and linen along with the condiments ready for food service. Our hog roast for Bardon Hill had been in the machine since 08:00 that morning, 
producing a fantastically crispy skin, and delicious meat which fell off the bone. Accompanied by a selection of salads, along with hot tea and coffee, the event was a great success. The guests spent a couple of hours on site enjoying looking around the trucks, whilst keeping warm with hot drinks and our tasty pork baps.
We had great feedback throughout the day for the hog roast in Bardon Hill, and we left around 18:00 and headed onward to our next evening event.
