Wow what a beautiful weekend! A sunny Saturday in Spring brought the perfect weather to celebrate a wedding with loved ones in Newhall. A traditional hog roast in Newhall, served with crunchy crackling, stuffing, apple sauce, soft white cobs and a selection of fresh, crisp salads provided the perfect wedding breakfast for our lovely couple and their 150 guests. Our event manager called guests to the service table a table at a time to help prevent queues and add to the service element at this wedding hog roast in Newhall. The tomato, mozzarella salad and traditional coleslaw were big hits with lots of wonderful comments about how tender the meat was. We certainly achieved the relaxed feel our couple wanted for their wedding but with fantastic presentation, personable service we a marquee of satisfied guests. Perfect!
