This week we had the pleasure of catering at Senior Aerospace in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. The company have recently taken over another business and the event was to welcome the new team. 75 guests were present and luckily for us the rain held off!  
The guests for this event had a choice of our usual hog roast Ilkeston baps, or a roast turkey bap, with the majority enjoying both! Our hog roast Ilkeston was as usual cooked for the full 8 hours in advance, meaning our kitchen team had an early start with this being a lunchtime event. We also cooked off the turkeys at our unit, and then freshly carved them on site. Both meats were deliciously appetising and succulent, with the baps arriving fresh that morning from the bakery.
Over the lunch the guests enjoyed a raffle, which was lovely to watch. We received a number of comments regarding both the taste of the meat but also the speed and efficiency of service which is always great to hear. After a 2 hours lunch the staff headed back to work, and our next event which was a Lego themed wedding!
