This September, Hog Roast Overseal catered for a wonderful corporate event at Desford Brickworks, with a fun wild west theme! The event was hosted as a ‘fun day’ for staff and their families, with over 300 guests in attendance at the venue in Leicestershire. Alongside the theme and entertainment, our team was hand to serve a bespoke BBQ menu to the guests, with a delicious variety of dishes for everyone to enjoy. All of our menus can be customised to suit any guest list, so the Hog Roast Overseal team was happy to create the perfect catering package for this event.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Overseal team arrived at the venue in the morning to give us plenty of time to prepare for the midday serving time. Our catering manager Martin began the prep by barbequing the main dishes, which included gourmet British beef burgers, succulent pork sausages, and veggie sausages. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the side dishes, we served a fresh green leaf salad, homemade coleslaw, and fresh chips, to create a varied and delicious buffet lunch. Our catering was served buffet style, with the guests lining up at our catering station to create a delicious lunch from the dishes that we had to offer. The food was served on bamboo crockery, as this was the perfect level of formality for the occasion. Overall, the event was a great success and our catering was another tasty addition to the day.
